Chuck

nothing so far about Chuck? I was not expecting much and found myself laughing all through the show. I love how they screw with Best Buy's Geek Squad...BUY NOW, Nerd Herd. lol

The explaination for the bandages...priceless.

But...but...the dance floor assassin scene. Whew! I curse the Tivo gods that I didn't record this!!!

Granted, you have the token Seth Green room mate, but it works.

I liked it... wasn't expecting too much, since the setup is a bit formulaic... but seriously, everything's already been done, and at least it's pretty funny so far. Not too "convenient" - yet - that he somehow figures out exactly what to do at exactly the right moment. I hope that they continue to have random confusing (and potentially wrong) images pop into his head without warning, to further mess him up in the head. Gotta be sorta painful, having that happen.
I like Adam Baldwin, and the girl who plays Sara is hot in that Portia DeRossi way. Chuck's sister is hot too... You hit the nail on the head with the "Seth Green" rommmate.

It should stick around for a while... and I'll keep watching.

Does Adam Baldwin play Chuck? I liked him. After seeing his name in the opening credits, I looked around in vain for someone who resembled the OTHER Baldwins, but I'm guessing Adam is not a relation.

Then again it took me about 20 minutes to figure out that the roommate wasn't actually Seth Green...

I had low expectations but thought the show was pretty funny.

Will the real Adam Baldwin please stand up?

Oh THAT guy. Yeah, I liked him too. Still doesn't look related to the other Baldwins though...

i watched this on nbc's website in-between classes today. gotta admit, i kinda liked it. i think the premise seems a bit underwhelming and used, but the performances were top notch and there were actually a few well-earned laughs. and the whole thing just seemed, i dunno, cute. hopefully they'll do a bit more with the story, but the premiere has me hooked for at least a few more eps.

and with that, did anybody else think the woman'assassin looked a HELL of a lot like naomi watts!? berzeker mentioned she looked like portia derossi, but i think i saw a bit of naomi as well. either way, she looked fine

I enjoyed the show but one major thing is bothering me. The whole "his mind is now the computer" thing. Okay so he helped stop the bomb with some current intel but now what? Every past that episode is going to be old information. Granted he miraculously has a bunch of government secrets in his head now but it's not like he's going to get updates into his head. Even if they did need to look up the old secrets they could just go back to the freaking computer... *boggles*

We just watched it and it was enjoyable. Funny and good action.

'My mind is a computer' is kinda lame. Could have played Chuck up as some sort of genius and that is why he could sort the images and find the patterns. Hmmm...maybe I should start my own series.

AAAHHHH They just played my favorite song from The National at the end, Slow Show. I've been listening to that song all day actually.

nice that the sexual tension has been introduced, but not even close to happening...

k, so this one was a bit more fun then last week. it gets the reprieve for at least another week.

i still find the "spy" portion of the show a bit lacking (the cases/stories are just not that original and exciting). but they're pretty dead-on with the humor, and the action ain't half-bad for a comedy.

My wife and I enjoy this show, but it's not as good as the new Bionic Woman (although the blonde is nearly as hot as the new Jamie Sommers).
